Where Luxury Meets Compassion. My experience at Acoya Shea has been nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I stepped foot into this beautiful community, I was greeted with warmth and kindness. The staff here exudes genuine care and compassion, making every resident feel like family. It’s amazing to see the residents come together like old friends, sharing stories, laughter, and creating memories while participating in the lifestyles activities calendar. The amenities at Acoya Shea are truly top-notch. The gorgeous courtyard and pool provide a serene oasis where residents can relax and unwind. With options for independent living, assisted living, and memory care, residents can age in place with dignity and grace, knowing that their evolving needs will always be met.

Acoya Shea I must see Senior community, I have had the pleasure of working with Monica, Dawn and Tanya. There is a very warm feeling amongst the team with lots of activities in a beautiful environment. I highly recommend to check Acoya Shea out.

The best service and the most friendly and welcoming people 😊. I have never seen so many wonderful activities than at this community, also, the food is fantastic, many choices and great specials. 👍 I''d recommend it to any senior or people looking for their parents.

The second you walk through the door at McDowell Village, you can feel and see the positive energy of the residents and staff. The resident''s are always interacting with each other, the staff and even the guests. Every time I am there, multiple residents will greet me and tell me how happy they are and why their community is so great. McDowell Village does an exceptional job of supporting the residents and creating a beautiful home for them. The residents are engaged with life at McDowell Village; they are taking advantage of the many activities offered each day, the socialization, fun outings and the absolutely delicious food (so many options everyday!) As an organization, the McDowell Village staff is in it for the long haul, many of the staff have been there for 10+ years. This is a company people retire from, like the hostess who is getting ready to retire after 12 years on the team. I highly recommend McDowell Village and can''t say enough good things about the community, the residents and the staff.
