Floor was all dirty. He looked worst there then when he was at the hospital!! Called his doctor and got him out of there!! Please NEVER send anyone there!! This place is gross and should be closed down! Not sure how Department of Health hasn’t been called on them! The nurses at the desk are all miserable and rude, and even the security guard is just there to collect a paycheck!

One of the most disturbing rehabs ever. Patient saw a doctor once in 6 days who did no exam and asked her name, birthday and how she was. Discharged 7 days later for no improvement. However she had gone to a sketchy pt everyday and went from not being able to walk to able to get out of bed and move to bathroom on her own. Wait to be escorted to bathroom was almost an hour. The mantra of this place is 1. I’ll be right back and 2. No one knows. Nurses often don’t wear masks or wear below the nose. Despite patients advanced age and fact she lives alone no plans were made for aftercare services. No diagnosis, no equipment ordered for home care (higher commode seat with arms, shower chair etc). No way to call patients room directly—all must go through a switchboard which can take from 20 minutes to not at all all answered. No patient advocate available. No administrator available. Disorganization here was shocking.
