Have been in almost all the options in the Tri-Cities Bonaventure really has Senior care to a science. All the staff are kind and friendly. The managment is next level-they are all personable and willing to work with you. The building itself is clean and well put together. There isn't another building locally that beats the dining experince either, they have so many options and it's GOOD. The biggest Kudos goes to the care staff though, their call times are low and they have long term employees. Overall the place is good from the inside out, I don't refer anywhere else!

I was dissapointed with the upkeep /cleaniless of my loved ones room.

There have been some challenges with getting tests done and medications administered. The assisting staff seems to be good - willing to help, and nice.
