We got my mother in-law in Citizens after a terrible experience at another facility and have been happy with the care she is receiving. If we have any concerns or questions they are quick to respond.
I went to see my grandmom Wilma when she was alive I remember I asked one of the nurses can they pick my grandma up on the bed the nurse was rude about it to me she was busy y don''t I do it in this place they abused her in don''t recommend this place to no one this is a horrible place
MY MOM GOT COVID FROM ONE OF THEIR NURSES WHO TRAVELED TO A HOTSPOT.THEY IMMEDIATELY SHIPPED HER TO HOSPITAL SO THEY DID NOT HAVE TO REPORT IT TO OTHER FAMILIES.AFTER MOM SURVIVED COVID AND TESTED NEGATIVE THEY WOULD NOT ALLOW HER BACK.VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND ILLEGAL PER MEDICARE.
Best pharmacy. They treat you like family and care about your wellbeing. They have a lot of medications other pharmacies don''t stock. They try to work with you if your meds are out of your budget.

We found Mom laying in the dark with her pjs on in the afternoon several times. The business office staff are rude as all get out!! Sharon (Cna) Karen (RN) Sally...
