Visited a relative staying here. Very rude worker. Super restrictive. Hard to get a TV in the room. Uncomfortable bed, and chair. Limited meal choice, poor quality. Really scary place!
Day and afternoon staff were great, but night shift something to be desired..only 3 good staff on that shift .made you feel like you were 3" tall... food was good, good choices. Activity department was wonderful...PT and ST were very professional and made my transition to home easy, but Paul from OT...
