Awful place!! Gets a 1 star because cant give a 0. My grandmother was back from her dialysis treatment and had a bm and facility didn''t bother to clean and change her. How are families suppose to trust these facilities of taking care of our loved ones?? When choosing this field you''re to want to help people and not see it as a paycheck. And if you are seeing it as a paycheck, do your damn job!!! Sitting in feces can cause infection. Hope none of these employees family ever happen to be in this situation. Damn sure if your loved one isn''t cared for you''d be raising hell.

While visiting someone who is like family to me, Im always welcomed with the warmest greetings! And the staff, I am very observant and this facility has the most caring nurses! All you CNA"s RNA''s LVN''s, Shot out to Social Services! And the morning staff as well as the afternoon staff up In station2, you guys rock! Give these people a round of applause!! Can''t forget the activities department!! You all are the most caring and sweetest group of people. The only one complaint..well I don''t know about complaint, but, am I the only one who notices they have one housekeeper. What happened to all the staff in that department ? Who is in charge of the housekeepers and how did he become manager. Why don''t they hire more people, why do I only see one housekeeping lady doing everything? I''m guessing she is overworked an underpayed! GIVE THAT POOR LADY A RAISE!!! Or get rid of whatever company is managing the housekeepers. Is it just me, or has that company ran that facility to the dumpsters! "Hey housekeeping manager, y''all need to step up your game!" How they gonna make a lazy person manage the housekeepers. Time to ditch that company Windsor Cypress Gardens!

My mom practically starved because that kitchen wont fork over anything for food. Not only did she get little food she would ask for a little more and they refused. I talked to the daughter of one of the guys there and she told me the same thing. She also said she got into it with the director because of lack of care and they did nothing about it. Everyone drowns in sweat in this place. The staff is lazy except for one nurse I met who took care of every concern I had and she was very nice about it. Ten minutes later a lady in a wheelchair I''m assuming a patient was calling her curse words and some other nasty things. She wasnt even doing nothing. The people there are violent and concerned me so much I had to get my mom out of there. There is also one really caring nursing assistant who took care of my mom. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE dont every let someone you love go there. Oh and I''m pretty they lie to keep people there. It took me weeks to get her out because they claimed she needed medical things she did not need. The other patient''s daughter had been trying to get her dad out for some time but they did the same thing. She said they told her insurance he was getting physical therapy which he wasnt.

The WORST place on earth! Please don’t let them take your loved ones here. The staff is awful. They are rude, condescending, and have no clue what they are doing! There might be 1 CNA and 1 LVN who actually care but other than that this place is garbage. My mom was sent there because they were the only place that had an isolation room and because she was to be on antibiotics for a few weeks. I went to see her on day 4 and noticed that something was off. She wasn’t on an air mattress which is outrageous being that my mom is bedridden and that’s part of her orders and I also noticed that she wasn’t on her antibiotics. I asked Ellen the LVN and she confirmed that they were not giving her the antibiotics. I was upset because she needs those antibiotics in order to get better! That’s the whole reason she went there! I even called Kaiser and asked them to re- fax the orders. Ellen acted like she was outraged herself ( what a joke). I called Roger the administrator and of course he acted concerned. I called the director of nurses Angie and she also gave me the concerned speech. My mom was having seizures for 2 days and they kept telling me and my sister they were not seizures. They kept brushing us off. Until I demanded for her to be sent to the hospital. I filed a complaint with the Health Department and they said nothing showed that she never got the appropriate medication and so on. So beware this place FALSiFiES records. It’s alarming and disturbing.
