My five stars are for the CNA''s, the visiting doctors, the aides, the PTs, the kitchen staff, the cleaning crews and the front desk receptionist. Not to mention the office staff who were wonderful while I was settling my Dads estate. My father had the best care, it was like a family. He had his dinig table with the guys and the nursing staff understood his quirks and treated him respectfully. Yes, the building needs some work, but I''d rather have the staff than the building.
