Good and bad. Caregivers who tend to your loved one in their room do a very good job and are compassionate and professional with both the patient and the family. That''s the good. The food situation is very unfortunate...not good by any stretch of the imagination and not enough to keep weight on a young child, much less an adult that is trying to get stronger. The staff shortage at the administrative level is causing a critical problem in that having only one social worker for everyone in the entire facility makes it literally impossible for them to do their job adequately. Communication is seldom and poor...and if you do get a meeting to plan the care of your loved one, there is a strong likelihood your plans will not happen. Same in the business office...only one person and very inexperienced. When my uncle was moved out of covid quarantine to a regular room...12 pairs of socks, never ever worn...were lost. They have his name written in full on the bottom of all of them, but never actually worn. They cost $31.59 before tax. The nurses searched the old room, and the supervisor on duty that day took a report of it. I''ve left countless phone messages and have asked in person every time I''ve gone in...same answer...the refund comes from the social worker. I think that is the catch all answer to everything. I''m not getting any answers, and of course, no refund as I was promised. I have since moved my uncle to assisted living facility elsewhere. I would appreciate the money for the socks.

I’m in the facility daily and I checkout what others are saying about the facility. Let me be clear, these ladies work hard!! I can’t believe some of the misleading information being posted. They have some of the most difficult patients to handle. I have watch people complain and it is always the individuals that never come to the building. The staff is friendly and work hard. Last year when they had the kitchen fire, I watch them move heaven and hell to get a job done. From my eyes I couldn’t ask for a better team to care for my sister. Thank you! You may not be perfect, but at least you care!
Read moreThe place is clean and staff is friendly but The lack of staff on over night shift is ridiculous and there is no recognition for the hard workers. They have covid in the building and have not offered any additional pay raises.

Absolutely the worst place to have a family member. These people don’t care about the residents. Definitely need to be shut this place down ASAP. The staff have no clue what is going on or have any training, how did they even get hired, the kitchen doesn’t even work and they bring food from another facility and don’t even heat it for the residents when it arrives. This is a sad place the residents need respect and care and they definitely don’t get it here. DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONE HERE

My sister is at this facility. The staff there has been so friendly to my family. Out of the 3 facilities she’s been at, Battlefield is by far the best! My sister says the food is just okay because she is used to home cooking. Although no place is perfect, I am so appreciative of all the things the staff has done to keep my sister comfortable during her stay. There have been weekends that I have gone and even saw the office staff helping out. What dedication!
