This review was intended for Focus Care Allenbrook! Please don’t send your loved ones here!! The Administrator Tammy is a bully who berates employees in the presence of families. She is not concerned about patient care. The so-called social worker, Carolyn is only there to protect Tammy and she’s not interested in helping patients. Trust me, STAY AWAY! It smells of urine in the hallways. Update: as a result of this review, Carolyn retaliated against us by canceling a scheduled transportation pickup for my loved one. So, she missed her follow-up amputation Dr. Appointment. We received no follow-up apologies or offers to remedy this problem so it won’t happen again. These people are not concerned about the patient’s health. Update: The Administrator, Tammie is trying to make us so upset that we would just leave by canceling transportation to scheduled doctor appointments. These people have no concern for the well-being of the patient in their care. My loved one was injured and they didn’t even contact us to inform us about the incident! Had a wound that was totally healed & now dealing with sores again. Patients are in danger at this place!! Where is the corporate leadership??? HHS will find out about this!! Stay away from this place!!
