No physical therapy, even though there for rehabilitation. Sent him home with no aftercare. They sent him home on catheter, but they did not set up nursing visits or do referral to home health.

Place is dirty, old beds no side rails, understaffed, some of the aides are uncaring and rough with patients knocking off bandages and leaving them open to germs.
