Went to visit a family friend and was allowed to go all the way to the nursing desk passing security signing in and going to core of building passing several people. Only to be told our friend and the building was in the midst of a Covid outbreak. Front desk should have done their job told us of the outbreak and asked who we were coming to see and that they were on Covid restriction. Obvious that front desk could care less about their job but this is extremely dangerous. Do better if not for the guests but for the people in your care.

We are a group of physicians that service this nursing home. The nursing home is owned by SRZ MANAGEMENT LLC WHICH IS A LARGE PROVIDER OF LONG TERM CARE. They have multiple homes in Missouri. The corporation is out of New Jersey. The corporation has not paid us for services rendered to their residents. They are past due and when you contact their corporate offices no one answers. We have further contacted the nursing home and there has not been any follow up. We are a small business and are shocked by how poorly they have treated us.
