I am so disappointed in the care and service at this hospital. My Aunt came to ER at 6:30am, the time is now 9:07pm. I know a lot of workers have quit, but this is still unacceptable. Over 80 patients sitting in ER looking for beds that are free, just not enough staff. This is the TRUE crisis.

The staff has no passion, they''re rude, it''s no communication between them with each other nor the patients. By far the most unorganized hospital. Security is a joke, a man had his pants down doing lord knows what up under his hoodie and they just walked over and looked at him and walked away. Patients were practically begging to see the doctor. It took me 9 hours of waiting and still getting no answer to say enough is enough. I will never be returning again!

Doctors, nurses, aides were ( are) just top notch. May you never have need of them, but if you do, know you are in very capable and caring hands.
