Dreadful DON & scary-looking nurses.Vindictive & unprofessional help.DON allows aides to pass out medications to the residents.The DON is trying to prevent the aides from using wipes on the residents.She gets a bonus if she comes in under budget.This senior DON needs to be replaced.She speaks in a nasty manner to the aides and to the residents.Her hair is an untidy mess.She leaves early every time that she is at the facility-except for when the state drops by.

Boiler heat in the house-narrow hallways,and outdated televisions.Food not fit for human consumption.The DON is not a truthful person & took a vacation the minute that she was hired.Has absolutely no control over her employees and she will blame the residents instead of assuming any responsibility for the way that the aides & nurses behave.Has a history of working at too many undesirable nursing facilities in the past.The doctor leaves much to be desired since he has a problem with telling the truth-as well.This place should be turned in for serving meals to the residents that cost 25-50 cents-tops.

Bologna sandwiches and canned fruit which is standard jail food or a prison meal-are fed to the residents at this facility.What are they being punished for?They committed no crime except that they became older or disabled.The owner meanwhile-lives in plush surroundings-in an affluent part of Oakland County.Incompetent LPN’s are in charge of the distribution of meds-while surly aides scowl at anyone that they encounter at this nursing home.And resent being asked to do any task-no matter how menial.It is a sad state of affairs in this country when seniors are treated with such contempt and are subjected to such inhumane treatment.They deserve far better.Do not forget that they have suffered greatly during the pandemic-by being deprived of visitors-left feeling isolated and alone.

I have a relative who used to work at this facility.She left because of the food that was being served to the residents.The very worst!Slimy luncheon meat,canned fruit cocktail & hairs in the mashed potatoes.This place needs to be EXPOSED!!A lot of money is being paid towards long-term care by the government and by private insurance companies.They are being ripped-off big-time by the predators that own these run-down facilities.
