My Dad had to stay for some rehab after a fall he suffered. I''m very pleased with the staff and administration for how well they treated my Dad and helped him progress quickly to recover.
I’m changing my review from positive to NEGATIVE. Because of negligence my father is not here anymore. A wound that WAS OVERLOOKED AND NOT TAKEN CARE OF CAUSED HIS DEATH. WORST PLACE EVER!
My father currently resides at Retama NH and the nurses and staff provide excellent care for him and I also see their everyday attention they give to other residents. My father currently resides at Retama NH and the nurses and staff provide excellent care for him and I also see their everyday attention they give to other residents. He is alert and is able to carry a conversation with staff and will express any disconcerns which they prompty attend to. The business staff is also very attentive to assisting the residents with any paperwork. They are attentive to caring for patients and testing patients for Covid. Thankfully, my dad remains covid free. Most important is the residents well-being and we are very happy with his current care.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of the staff at Retama Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation center for their excellent service and care There''s so many that I want to thank personally first all of the kitchen staff for always making sure I received double portions lol I''m a growing boy and second my nurses and cnas who showed me so much love along with being very professional in every of service next There''s the arts and crafts department who checked with me daily to make sure I was in good spirits and last but not least the Rehabilitation unit I didn''t get to work with everyone but I was always approached with dignity and to those I actually worked with side by side I sincerely thank you from the bottom of my heart may God bless you and the Retama Manor
