My mom is at Shady Nook Care Center with dementia. It''s so hard to put a loved one into a home, but when that time comes you can look for ratings all day long on Google to feel better about it, but nothing helps much until you KNOW you''re leaving them in good, caring hands. We were scared at first how this was going to work out, but we can happily say Shady Nook has taken very good care of my mom, and even when the pandemic was going full-strength and we couldn''t visit, we still knew everything reasonable was being done to protect her. I appreciate Jewel G. especially for her personal touch and even visiting with my parents at their residence BEFORE mom was accepted into Shady Nook to make sure mom would be a good fit with the other residents in her wing. Thanks for watching over my mom Shady Nook!

Above all they’ve provided excellent care for my residents that needed to transfer to a higher level of care. Shadynook’s patient care liaison, Jewel goes above and beyond in caring for the residents well after their transition by building personal relationships, advocacy, and helping provide engaging activities.
