They make everything look good on FB, Administraton is rude, food is terrible for what the residents pay and the activities are boring.
Do not send your loved one here! It stinks like urine and they did nothing for days to address my moms very high blood pressure, and didnt record it!! They are very nice, but very incompetent!

I have had the pleasure of having three family members in this facility over the past 15 years. Starting with my mother for rehab. Then my mother-in-law for rehab. Both which were traded like they were part of the staff''s family. Man in 2018 my oldest brother had a motorcycle wreck in Kansas City Missouri the staff at this facility help do everything that they could to get my brother which had a traumatic brain injury transferred home to Arkansas where he lived out the rest of his life at Southern Trace he was everybody''s brother at Southern Trace from other residents to all the staff. From the very top to the very bottom all of the staff at Southern Trace are one great big family and treat each and every resident as part of that family
