So far, I''m not impressed with the cleanliness of this place. The floors are filthy. My family member had blood stains on their sheets and chairs. Food splattered on the walls and hasn''t been cleaned up. Left my family member sitting in wet clothes from overflowing diaper. My family member was there for rehab but got progressively worse from the lack of care. Had to return to the hospital. There is not enough staff to do the care these people actually need, nor do a lot of them even care. If you have family here, please check on them. If you''re thinking about sending anyone here, choose wisely. If you bring items into the facility for your loved ones, be aware it will go missing.

If I could give this place a negative star that would be more accurate. The rehab part of this facility is an absolute disgrace. Elder abuse is widespread. The way they treat the patients needs to be investigated. Many complaints were ignored. Filed a grievance and it went nowhere. From the top staff to the bottom needs to be shaken up. A few cna’s and nurses were wonderful and actually care about the patients. Conditions and equipment are outdated and deplorable. Rehab staff are a joke and leave the patients to do their own therapy while they sat in the office and had groups of people sitting in wheelchairs and chairs. If you a choice don’t let the looks fool you this place will absolutely not help you. I witnessed many things in their that would be elder abuse and neglect not only with my family member but with other patients.

Pine Knoll is the absolute worst place to work!! The manager Kelsey shows favoritism, and the captain Anise is the worse person for the position she has. The bullying and disrespect for others is outrageous. If you don’t bow down to Anise and Kaziah then you are fired, and Kelsey is their pet. I know of way too many to count that has been fired on behalf of those two not liking them. I could not be more disgusted with the treatment of employees than I am. I wouldn’t recommend my dog to work in the Pine Knoll facility! If I could leave zero stars I most definitely would.
