My husband has been at The Willows for a week now. It''s been decent so far. The staff has been great, the physical therapy staff is awesome. Presence is very important. It''s definitely a team effort. It is my belief that they''re doing there best.
Great staff and warm atmosphere
Lack of communication even when requested. Several times meals were skipped The facility is pretty but lacks overall. all I can say is be present for your loved one and know your rights
The staff is kind and knowledgeable. The PT is very positive, and geared for the individual with a kind "you can do it" attitude. Many PTs and assistants. I''m so impressed with one working with my brother right now.
All were polite some patients could use more supervision
