Worked as a housekeeper here and I’ll be honest I’d neverrrrrrrrr put my grandma or grandpa here. Activities is very uninterested in the wellbeing of the residents and very disengaged. Also they have a bird in memory care that nobody even pays attention to nor feeds -the other one they let die, there was two of them when I started. There’s one aid in memory care who is very rough with the residents and lacks empathy all together, pretty sad to see. Also, dirty facility… no matter how hard or much I cleaned in memory care it still looked horrible they need to disinfect the hell out of the walls and then paint. Staff was also pretty rude, front desk lady will glare at you for no reason lol. Don’t work here they hired me so fast and I should have taken that as an IMMEDIATE red flag!

Our parents have been here since 2019. We lost mom last year, but they have made such good friends that have become family, especially for Dad now. Their calendar is full..hard to get a hold of Dad as he stays so busy!! Their Life Enrichment Director is the best!
Amazing company with helpful staff. Had a great visit with one of the residents. A great company!
