Rearrange your schedule so as not to have to pay you overtime for your hours work, then turn around and tell you it''s so "you are not over worked" after working 12 days in a row..and the $3000 sign on bonus is a joke...after 90 days you get $1.7...

Rearrange your schedule so as not to have to pay you overtime for your hours work, then turn around and tell you it''s so "you are not over worked" after working 12 days in a row..and the $3000 sign on bonus is a joke...after 90 days you get $1.74 an hour up to 40 hours only...until it''s paid off. But if you leave even after working 6 months and earning that bonus...it''s not in your paycheck. When this place was family owned it was the best place to work...now it''s a joke. No DON, Aides who wear sweats and jeans to work, and not enough supplied to care for the residents. Good luck working there. It makes me not even want to work in the field anymore and I''ve been doing it for 20 years.

I have no experience with the inside of this facility. My experience has been with the employees on the outside. It appears that a prerequisite for working at this facility is, you must be a smoker. The employees cannot smoke in front of the facility so they smoke up the road in our quiet residential area. Not only do we have to deal with their smoke, but they leave cigarette butts all over the road. Everyone is so concerned about Covid, well, we should be concerned about all the smoking that still goes on in this country.

They treat them one way when family is around but awful when no one is around. The nurses address the parients treatments infront of orhers patients. They break confidentiality all the time no promises. They intimidate the patients. If you loved your family please dont leave rhen there.
