Read moreAlthough the care staff is loving towards the residents, the management from the top down is poor. Joey Collado harasses his staff and many have left due to his harassment, or are on stress leave.

They are understaffed. The caregivers are nice, and want to a do a good job but they just can't. They just don't have enough staff to answer all of the call lights. It is a great place to live as long as you don't need a lot of care. They are on the fourth executive director in two years. The food is really good with open dining all day and the dining staff are very nice. They have a lot of activities offered including walking club, history lessons, entertainment each day at 3, gardening, bouquet making, multiple exercises classes a day, and bible study . My mom could be busy all day long.
