How are you gonna have employees working who tested positive and two of them walking around with no masks on! Your supposed to protect the residents! You didn’t even red zone the hall it started on so that’s still open and still spreading

Tells the residents cnas will do whatever it is to please the resident regardless of how much time cnas have in their schedule. Transporting a residents loved ones from their vehicle to the building and to the room is not in their job description they have enough to do and he rather add more to it. Place has gone down hill since he has taken over along with the new social worker.

My Mother was here for a few years till she passed. Mike was attentive from the first day we meet him. The entire staff was professional and hard working. The place was always clean. Food was good. The cna’s were top notch. All of these people truly cared for my Mother. I say these things from experience and observations . You see, I went every day in those years my Mother was there. Only missed a few when I was out of town on business. I would recommend Mike and the staff to anyone. This is a good place because of the people who work there.
