I whish i could put minus stars there that place should be closed my wife was in there after surgery . and they just let her lay in there beds with all the lights on outside the doors of the rooms . a head nurse went into my wife room and cut her braided hair of it was 30 inches long . she said it was knotted but yet hers was dreads and locked really knotted and greasy looking . they cut her head and was poking it with the scissors and she was crying and begging them to stop . well first off cutting a patients hair in a nursling home or hospital is against the law it is not medical care , i asked the head nurse why she said it was really dirty . it was not it was beautiful i received a anonymize call telling me that, they sold it . she is traumatized still it took her 60 years to grow it that long . everyone loved her hair . i also ask were was the braids that she cut of . she just walked away

My mother came to this nursing home from the hospital she was very ill after her surgery, she had very long hair braided to her waist, 2 nurses from this facility decided to cut all her hair off in the middle of the night to almost her scalp and punched her in the back of her head with a pair of sizzors in there hands left a big not and it was bleeding, if you call there your lucky if you get a reply , I would definitely not recommend no one take your loved one to this place , no care giver at this facility should hurt them cut there hair off for only if it''s badly matted hers was not she''s devastated that they did that plus she''s traumatized over this incidents I''m extremely upset someone one put there hands on my 84 yr old mother , this place should be closed and the two women should be charged for, asuting he with abuse of a elderly patient against the law to cut any elderly person''s hair or nails unless permission to do so we all need to do something about this place l hate what has happened to good home care you will not find it here

This place is absolutely horrendous and should not be allowed to be open period. The conditions are horrible, staff is the worse group of people I have ever come across. My family member was not only physical abused but not fed for 5 days! I wouldn’t send a rat here! Olive is a “supervisor” on nights and her and her staff and medical team were made aware of these conditions and had nothing but defensive attitude and made excuses for themselves. Also my family member obtained several bed sores while at this facility.

Greetings, I am Brother John. have been ministering every Sunday, except for vacations, sick times, and a year (during the pandemic) since 1995. Glory to God. After 27 years I have met and ministered to a large amount of beautiful residents and staff workers. Thank God for the staff who work so deligently and compassionatly for the care and well-being of each resident. These unsung hereo''s came to work during the trying times of the pandemic and risked their own personal health for the health and rehabilitation of the residents under their care. So considering the time spent there, seeing the care ministered there, I give the whole team the highest rating possible.
