Great place ,wonderful staff and always very clean!
Many of the aid staff are mean and callus in the handling of fragile patients. Very little regard is given for the quality of life and emotional well being of the elderly who reside there. A very poor environment. Many staff members need to be replaced with people who are capable of human compassion...
