Our mother is in this facility and we have been unable to reach anyone for information about her. We’ve left many voicemails, all of which have been left unreturned. We’ve sent Facebook messages, which again, have been left unreturned. What kind of facility houses someone at the end of their life and blatantly avoids communicating with the family members?! As a healthcare worker myself, this is completely unacceptable. We are now wondering if she has passed away and they are covering it up? Perhaps by writing this review, we can get a response. The next step will be showing up in person with our lawyer. At this point, we believe that a welfare check is necessary. Due to Covid, we aren’t allowed to visit and due to her declining health, she is no longer able to communicate with us. The only way for us to get information is from the staff, who refuse to speak to us at all. Highly do NOT recommend sending your loved ones to this facility if you care about them at all.

This place is unbelievable, never answers the phone and my dad seldom ever has clothes on. He says the food is awful, has said that staff has physically hurt him several times. This place turns your loved one away from their family, manipulates resident. They get my dad to say things that in all his 74 years I’ve never heard him use these words. Unfortunately Covid has made it impossible to know what is going on inside the facility. Beware people this place isn’t good.

Whitesboro has been a wonderful change for my mother. She previously was in another Senior Care facility much closer to my home, but after a Hospital stay they denied her return to that facility. It was a blessing in disguise. My mother has been at Whitesboro now for 4 months and she is MUCH happier! She loves the staff, and the staff obviously cares about her. I am in the loop for any care/health issues. Whenever I visit I see and interact with the office staff addressing any questions I may have. The Administrator, Hope Burchfield, has been there EVERY time and always available to talk. She is there for family and clients alike. Until my mother was transferred to Whitesboro Health and Rehab I felt guilty... now my stress has been lessened greatly! Thank you Whitesboro staff!
